Dr. Susan Leib joined Ridgefield Pediatrics in July 1990. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology. She attended the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society. Dr. Leib was a pediatric intern at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY and completed her pediatric residency training at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven Connecticut.
Dr. Leib is a Board Certified Pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her particular interests are child development and children with special health care needs. She also enjoys working with adolescents and their parents.
Dr. Leib has been active in the Ridgefield Community Partnership, an organization dedicated to decreasing underage drinking, as well as serving as the medical director for VNA of Ridgefield’s Well Child Clinic. She also serves as the medical advisor for the Ridgefield Public Schools. Dr. Leib lives in Ridgefield with her husband, a high school math teacher, and their two teenage children.
Dr. Leib will see patients on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
